Common Questions
How does the "Gatekeeper" logic work?▼
When a customer scans your QR code, they are asked for a rating. If they select 4 or 5 stars, we use AI to help them write a glowing review and redirect them to Google Maps. If they select 1-3 stars, they are presented with a private feedback form that is sent directly to you.
Do you support platforms other than Google?▼
Currently, our primary integration is with Google My Business (Google Maps). We plan to add Facebook and Yelp integrations in Phase 4 of our roadmap.
